Anyone know a good broker for selling websites/online businesses

I searched the forum already and didn't see any recommendations so I thought I"d post.

Anyone have a good broker they've worked with, or know someone who has worked with, that they would recommend? Looking to sell one of my websites.

I sold a few through Chris Wozniak at Quiet Light Brokerage. Great experience.

I've sold through FE International and it was very easy and pleasant.

Other options could include Flippa with a Buy-It-Now price that would make you happy or a minimum bid and hope it goes higher. I've always done it with BIN's and been happy. These were smaller sites I wouldn't bother a broker for and they may not take, unless it's a marketplace like Flippa or the next option.

Empire Flippers is another marketplace option but they always price far too high at the start, causing sites to take forever to be sold. I have heard good things through the grapevine about Quiet Light Brokerage, mentioned above, but not used them.

I've also sold without the help of a broker, because it seems a shame for them to not really get in the trenches to find a buyer, but start flipping through their rolodex and get it done pretty quickly with minimal "current" effort. I understand the work was done before we ever contact them, but 10-15% feels pretty hefty for what amounts to a finder's fee.

Going without a broker means video conference calls over and over, lots of due diligence and report creation, and some extra nonsense steps to make both sides feel good and safe (Escrow is a must for that, too). It also means negotiating on your own behalf, which can be good since a broker is more interested in securing any sale than the best sale, in many circumstances. It also means having to enforce deadlines and boundaries yourself. But you can sneak out an extra 10-15% and demand all cash up front instead of structured payouts and all that, if you can advocate for yourself effectively.
