Escape Google Sandbox

I've created a one-pager website, but the one page is quite in-depth, describing all the information about a company.

It's already been 3-4 weeks, and I still don't rank for any keywords.

I submitted a sitemap via Google Search Console (sitemap and robots work), and my URL is indexed. I also added five random links to my site, and it loads very fast.

What should I do to start ranking for some keywords? Am I in Google sandbox, and how can I escape it? (Create more pages)?

You probably are in the sandbox but Google doesn’t rank small sites very often if they aren’t local businesses. Otherwise the SERPs would be full of spam. There’s no trick to exiting the sandbox except virality, meaning a high velocity of links and traffic from very authoritative sources.
