How did this site get so much traffic this fast?

Hello,

after going down the rabbid hole of my nicht I found the site.

I checked in ahrefs and found:

Omg. This site is 1 year old and receives over 5 Mio in traffic.

After checking out the content it seems to me that it is mostly scrapped and questions seem to be AI generated.

Out of interest: How are such sites made? How is the content made?

This looks like an expired domain filled with AI content. I've seen a number of these pop up since Jarvis gained popularity (though I'm sure AI content has been around for years). Regarding how it's grown so fast, it all comes down to covering every topic under the sun at scale on an expired domain. It'll get smacked down eventually I'm sure for low content quality.
