No idea how to market my Christmas related site starting early

I was thinking of offering 50% commission to bloggers how would I get the word out? When should I start contacting? September?

@fusto start by joining every internet/affiliate marketing forum you can find and post your prob there with some details about your site, cookie duration etc.
are you running and managing the affiliate program your self, or how does that run?
