what is traffic leaking?

I am still blur with the definition of traffic leaking. Is it the same strategy of using buzzbundle and interact with the community within the niche?

At this point it's synonymous with getting traffic that isn't from SEO or paid, in my opinion at least.

Traffic leaking = generating traffic.

traffic leaking is essentially just a term for targeted marketing,, aka. putting your site/content in front of the right audience at the right time(when it has the most effect).
That is if you ask me.
