Getting into Bank Portals for Ads

Going for a long stretch here...

But you know anyone that knows how to get an offer/paid ad in things like bank portals..

Similar to when you open up your Amex or Chase bank account and see the offers there?

Like this below when you log into Amex? This is the next thing Im working on getting into and wondering if you know anyone else is already doing it?

I am not aware of a platform that serves these kinda ads. It'd probably be an obscure one and/or internally owned by the app owners. Any clues in the tracking links if you clicked?

Any reason to think these major platforms even have any interest in affiliates/smaller brands? Could be quite a bit of bizdev sweat to see this one through.

Banks are notoriously difficult to work with in terms of securing some kinda deal. While having this placement would be amazing quality for a variety of things, seems like a really tough placement to achieve.

I think I've figured out the Amex part of this.

Prob going to be the same for Chase and BofA and a few other banks I know that have this portal setup.

It seems to be a play of indiv reach out and not a network though, from what I see atm.

I was always under the assumption that those where affiliate or affiliate-like deals that the banks ran for additional revenue.

So essentially the bank would be a special affiliate for Best Buy or have a direct deal with them, which encourages people to not only go to Best Buy but also use the Chase credit card at that location - a win for both the bank and store.

It's the whole credit card point game to simply encourage people to spend a little more money than they would normally.

I ended up contacting via LinkedIn the people/department who run this on Amex and also reached out to the Chase team via a form I find online.

Next up BofA and a few others on the credit union side.

You will need to check with the head of partnerships or such in these firms.

I have done a few such campaigns for a client albeit in a different geography.
