What motivates you the most?

I have a vision for my family that requires me to be successful at what I do. Their safety and future are at stake. Anytime I feel like slacking, or doing something half-assed, I only need to think of them. My stomach churns at the thought of letting them down and forcing them into a grey soulless mediocre life.
