Seconded for Liquidweb. The only time you'll run into an issue with them, is if you get into tricky situations that require customization. (for instance, if you have to run custom load balanced applications or whatnot, they'll often give you "big box store" customer service, unless you know the right questions to ask and who to escalate to.)

Otherwise than that, one of the best in the business for vps or dedi's that actually own their datacenter, both bare metal and their storm platform.
